Gotta use warm water to get them out

These popsicle molds are really cute, especially with the little Stitch designs on the cups. My 4-year-old was super excited to make homemade popsicles with them, and the size is perfect for kid-sized treats. The handles are also easy for little hands to hold. That said, the first time we tried using them didn’t go very smoothly. When I tried to pull the popsicles out, the sticks came out but the popsicles themselves stayed stuck inside the molds, which led to one very disappointed kid who was ready to eat them right away. What ended up working was running warm water over the outside of the mold to help release the popsicle from the sides. After that, I turned the mold upside down so gravity could help and the popsicle could slide down with the stick instead of the stick just pulling out of the frozen pop.Once I did that, they came out much more easily. Just know you’ll likely need that little trick to get them out cleanly.

Works Great, Drip Free

I've gone through several silicone and plastic sets over the years, and these feel much sturdier than the flimsy versions that usually tip over in my freezer. I filled these with a quick yogurt and berry blend this morning (the built-in drip guards are a huge plus for my kids), and the 3.75-inch size is just right for a quick afternoon snack. They didn't feel brittle or cheap when I was snapping the sticks into place, and the base actually stays level on the shelf while things are setting up.

Great Quality Popsicle Molds!

Homemade popsicles are a fantastic alternative dessert that can be far healthier than the traditional ones you might buy at the supermarket. They can be a lot more economical too. And, they are super easy to make. So, when I saw this set of popsicle molds I decided to give them a try. This set is branded with Disney's adorable character, Stitch. These cute molds feature bold, vibrant graphics of these famous characters your kids will know and probably already love. As for the molds themselves, they are made with a BPH-free hard durable plastic material. That's always excellent. And, they are indeed an officially-licensed Disney product. Also, very good. You get four popsicle molds in this set. Each individual popsicle is about three ounces in volume. This should be a great serving size for the members of your pack.In order to test these cool new popsicle molds, we made a quick batch using some cranberry extract, a little liquid stevia extract, and some purified water. After about an hour in the freezer the popsicles were ready. As other reviewers have pointed out, getting the frozen popsicles out of these molds wasn't the easiest task. But, it is doable, and I wouldn't let that keep you from buying this cute set. Just run a little warm water on the outside and they should pop (sorry) right out. :-DIn summary, this set of Stitch popsicle molds is a very good quality. They are cute and fun. Your kids are sure love them. And, they are a great value! Highly recommended! Hope this helps! As always: Be Well, Buy Smart… And see you in the next review!

Nostalgic idea ruined by poor quality plastic and cracked on first use

As a mom to a very excited 3-year-old, I was really looking forward to these character popsicle molds. My husband and I grew up loving the old pops we’d make at home during summer, and we wanted to share that same simple joy with our little one of mixing our own juice and yogurt flavors, waiting for them to freeze, and seeing his face light up when he pulled out a treat. The nostalgia factor was huge for us, so when I saw these molds with all the classic characters on the front, I thought they’d be perfect.Unfortunately, the product didn’t live up to the sweet memories we were hoping to create. We followed the instructions carefully: filled the molds with homemade strawberry-yogurt mix (our son’s favorite), popped them in the freezer, and waited. About halfway through freezing, I checked on them and noticed one of the molds had a clean crack running along the side of the Stitch mold. By the time they were fully frozen (about 5 hours later), the crack had spread, and the mold was basically unusable. The plastic feels extremely rigid and brittle—not at all flexible like the classic Tupperware-style molds we remembered from our childhood. It couldn’t handle the expansion of the liquid turning to ice.We only got to make one (partial) batch before this happened, and now we’re down a mold. The remaining ones feel so stiff that I’m honestly nervous to try again with them. For something marketed to families with young kids, I expected much more durable, kid-friendly materials. The characters are cute, the concept is adorable, and cleaning the intact molds was easy enough, but one use and it’s already broken. For the price, I was hoping for something that would last at least a full summer of popsicle-making memories.Very disappointed and two stars only because the idea was so sweet and the molds look nice when they’re not cracked. Sadly, this one didn’t survive long enough to bring our toddler the same happiness we had as kids.

Fun and easy mold

I ordered this popsicle mold set for the Spider-Man fan in my house and it has been a big hit. She loves helping make the popsicles and getting to eat a treat she helped create. The molds are easy to use and the popsicles come out a nice size, especially for younger kids. We’ve made several kinds so far using juice and fruit blends, and they freeze well. The drip guard on the sticks is also helpful for catching melting drips.Getting the popsicles out is fairly easy. Most slide out with a quick rinse under warm water, though occasionally I’ve had to give the mold a light tap on the counter to help one release. They’re also easy to clean. I hand wash them to help preserve the printed design.Overall, this is a fun way to make homemade frozen treats and control the ingredients instead of buying store-bought popsicles.

Fun Designs That Make Dessert Time Exciting

I brought these out on a Sunday afternoon when the kids were already asking for something sweet. The second they saw the character designs, they were completely sold. That alone made it worth it. They were already debating who gets which one before we even poured in the juice. The molds themselves feel solid and well built. The plastic is sturdy and doesn’t feel flimsy at all. I’ve used cheaper ones in the past that flex or crack after a few uses, but these feel like they’ll hold up through plenty of freezer cycles. I’ve made juice pops and even tried a yogurt mix, and both froze evenly. The only small challenge is removing the pops right away. Since the molds are made from hard plastic, you can’t squeeze the sides to loosen them. The first time, the kids were hovering impatiently while I tried to get them out. I ended up running the mold under warm water for a short moment, and each one slid out in under a minute. It’s not difficult, but when kids are excited for their frozen treat, even a short wait feels long to them.Overall, that’s a minor hiccup in an otherwise great product. The designs make snack time more fun, the build quality feels dependable, and once you know the quick warm-water trick, it’s smooth sailing. This has definitely become part of our regular summer routine.

With Great Popsicles Comes Great Responsibility 🕷️🍦

I bought these Spiderman Popsicle Molds, and my freezer is now officially part of the Marvel universe. My kid thinks I’m a hero. I think I just outsourced dessert to a plastic mold—and honestly, we both win. They’re easy to use, easy to clean, and somehow turn basic juice into something that feels earned. Yogurt? Fancy. Ice cream? Legendary. Every popsicle now comes with dramatic announcements like, “I’M EATING SPIDER-MAN’S HEAD,” which is… unsettling but joyful. The molds are sturdy, BPA-free, and survive repeated freezer battles. Cleanup is painless, which is rare for anything involving kids and sugar. Plus, they make portion sizes that won’t require a sugar apology later.Pros:- Turns snacks into superhero events- Easy to clean (a true miracle)- Durable enough for repeated freeze-thaw chaos- Makes parents look way cooler than they areCons:- Kids will demand popsicles daily- You may be asked why you don’t have superpowersBottom Line:If you want to level up snack time and earn instant parent clout, these Spiderman popsicle molds deliver. Five stars—my freezer is heroic, my kid is happy, and dessert now swings into action.

Great molds for healthy, homemade popsicles...

These popsicle molds are great! They are a nice size, and easy enough to remove if you run water over them. I like that they are top-rack dishwasher safe, though I'm handwashing them so that the design doesn't come off. It's nice to have a cool treat in the house on hot days, and store-bought popsicles are expensive, so I like to make my own. These will get a lot of use this summer.

Serving up some freezer fun!

These popsicle molds are ridiculously cute and surprisingly effective. The character details from Disney make them feel extra fun without crossing into flimsy or gimmicky territory. The plastic feels sturdy, and I appreciate that they’re BPA-free (whew). They hold a good amount for homemade juice, yogurt blends, or creamy ice pops, and they freeze evenly without weird icy pockets or stuck-on lids. They’re also easy to rinse out and clean, which matters more than I care to admit when you’re dealing with sticky fruit puree. The pops release without a wrestling match under hot water, and the size is just right for a satisfying treat without going overboard. For what they are, they feel like a fair value and a cheerful little upgrade to freezer life. Cute, functional, and no drama. Recommended.

Easy to Use

The mold is one sturdy piece with 4 chambers. It is stable when filling and easy to set in the freezer as well. The pops are a good snack size with a reusable stick that has a lip to catch drips. The Sponge Bob design is only on the disposable packaging and the mold. When eating the pops, there is no character, logo, or anything.I froze pieces of berries in a lemonade base. It froze just fine and didn't seem to harbor any colors and smells. The mold says dishwasher safe, but it was quick and simple to hand wash. The sticks are sturdy but I do expect them to wear over time and maybe even pick up some teethmarks.

Cute design but really hard to get out of the mold

Here’s my honest take. I love how big these are and the design is super cute. The SpongeBob shape is fun and if your kid is obsessed with the character, they’ll definitely think it’s cool. Visually? Adorable. Size-wise? Great. But actually getting these things out after freezing? Wicked hard!!I had to run them under the faucet for a solid minute just to loosen them up, and even then I was basically prying them out of the mold. The plastic is really stiff, so there’s no flexibility to help release the popsicle. Once I finally got it out, the popsicle itself looked good and the mold worked fine… it just wasn’t user-friendly at all.I personally prefer silicone for popsicle molds because you can just push them out easily. These are sturdier than silicone, which is a plus, but the tradeoff is that they’re way harder to remove. And I’m not a huge fan of the harder plastic feel either. They function and they do the job, but unless your child is obsessed with the design and really wants that specific shape, I’m not sure they’re worth the hassle. For me, it’s probably a 3-star situation. Cute? Yes. Convenient? Not really.
